Eastlake Project

In the up-and-coming area of South Eastlake, we were able to transform this tired, lackluster 1950s bungalow into a custom home for the owner. We started by completely gutting the kitchen and embracing the modern style of the home. With flat panel custom cabinetry, custom stone quartzite backsplash, and brass and black fixtures and finishes, we were able to create a showstopping kitchen.

In the living room, the space lacked focus so we custom designed a faux plaster fireplace complete with live-edge wood mantle. We added floating wooden shelves to the right where the homeowner can display their treasured belongings and family heirlooms. The result is a living room brimming with personality and style.
